Doug Brown is an American photographer working for WIBW-TV where he serves as the chief photographer. Brown has been working at WIBW-TV in Topeka, Kansas since 1992  

Brown graduated from Perry Lecompton High School. After that, he went to Washburn University, where he played basketball for a number of years while receiving his degree in mass media. He was brought up just outside Topeka, near the town of Grantville. He has gained a lot of experience while working at WIBW. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard, and going for a run.
