His investigations have brought along many changes such as; It has helped spark the Missouri legislature and governor vehicle emissions testing program to make it easier for motorists, has led the Missouri Department of Education to dissolve Wellston School District in St. Louis County and terminate the school board and superintendent. It has also prompted Illinois to pass legislation signed by the over to outlaw the towing laws that were a burden on drivers especially low-income drivers who often lost their vehicles due to high towing fees.

Has led to the ouster of numerous officials misspending public funds and many others. Because of his reporting efforts, he has received numerous awards and in 2018 was inducted into the Regional Emmy’s Silver Circle. The following year, he won the Regional Murrow Award for Excellence in Social Media, this was as a result of his work covering the plight of the homeless.
