In her journalism career, she has covered several national stories including the rollout of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine from its West Michigan facility, the recent, catastrophic train derailment in East Palestine, and the tragic shooting on the campus of Michigan State University. In addition to her journalism career, she is an active volunteer in the community. From January 2017 to January 2018, she was a Hospital Volunteer at Ascension, from January 2017 to January 2020, she was Host” Celebrity Fundraiser” at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. And since January 2020, she has been the Honorary Red Kettle Campaign Chairperson at The Salvation Army.
