Greg Orlandini Biography
Greg Orlandini is an American Editor/Producer/Host/Producer working with KYW Newsradio 1060 where he serves the station as a midday editor and host/producer for “The Philly Soccer Show.” Being a lifelong soccer fan, he is the host and producer of “The Philly Soccer Show” podcast. Asides from this, he also serves the station as a Broadcast managing Editor a role he undertook in October 2021.

Orlandini works with KYW Newsradio 1060 where he serves the station as a midday editor shaping the coverage heard on the air on weekdays from mid-morning until dinnertime. Prior to becoming a day editor, he was a morning writer and associate editor.
Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in psych from Stockton University, between 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, he helped start the groundbreaking successful, and Emmy-nominated television broadcast “KYW Newsradio This Morning on UPN 57.” Asides from that, he has also served as a writer and then producer.
He kick-started his career in business with public broadcasting stations WHYY-FM and TV. He was first working as a volunteer and then as a staffer during the 2000 Republican Convention. During his stay working with WHYY, he was working as a newswriter, associate director for “Delaware Tonight,” associate producer on several TV projects, and as a reporter. While he was there, he covered everything from transportation to City Hall to News Jersey politics.
Orlandini is most proud of the reporting he did for the station during the 2001 Summer “X Games.” Later on in the year 2001, he joined the KYW Newsradio family working as a desk assistant. He was also working for the Wall Street Journal Radio network, as well as Linwood, producing live shows, the Phillies broadcasts for the Jersey shore affiliates, and NJ stations WUSS and WOND.
Away from work, he enjoys reading and is an amateur bass guitarist (“very amateur,” in his words). Asides from this, he also enjoys rooting for all the Philadelphia sports teams and cooking. He was raised in Atlantic County, Hammonton, and lives in Camden County.
