Guillermo Arduino is an American journalist currently working as the CNN anchor and correspondent and the host of Mirador Mundial on CNN en Español and Clix, a tech show on CNN en Español and CNN Latino.

Guillermo is an anchor for the daily afternoon program Encuentro on CNN en Español. He is also the presenter of the technology program of the network Clix, winner of a 2014 Daytime Emmy for outstanding Spanish entertainment broadcast. Arduino was the host for Mirador Mundial, the prime time weekend news show for the network, until this.

Arduino has worked with CNN International (English language) as an anchor and environmental/meteorological science correspondent for the past 13 years and has anchored CNN World Report, an international news show containing unpublished coverage from hundreds of news stations around the world, since 2004. Arduino also worked as CNN and CNN’s Global Issues anchor for iReport. Guillermo Arduino started his career in the United States as a news anchor for NBC International Networks with more than 20 years of broadcasting experience in both English and Spanish. He worked there as the morning anchor for the NBC Spanish morning shows.

Arduino has reported global affairs from both the studio and on stage during his career on international television. He has met many heads of state and high-profile dignitaries from around the world in both Spanish and English. Arduino started his television career as a news anchor on CVN-America, where he delivered news updates about top stories from around the world. His broadcasting career, however, began on the air; he was a newsreader and host on FM SI San Isidro, Radio América, and Radio Argentina. He was a radio host for the FM Clásica classical music radio station as well.
