Anderson Cooper is an American journalist, television personality, and author working as the primary anchor of the CNN news broadcast Anderson Cooper 360°. The show is usually broadcast live from a New York City studio. In addition to his duties on CNN, Cooper serves as a CBS reporter for 60 Minutes.

Cooper attended Dalton School, a private co-educational university preparatory day school in New York City. In 1989 he graduated from Yale University, where he resided in Trumbull College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

We are still family to each other and love each other very much, We remain the best of friends, and will continue to share much of our lives.’ He is in a relationship with Victor Lopez who is a doctor.
