Jackie Defusco is an American Anchor working for WDSU News as a Washington correspondent. She joined the station in March 2023, after previously working as a capitol bureau reporter at WRIC-TV in Richmond, Virginia.

Defusco attended East Greenwich High School in 2010 where she graduated in 2014. After that, she joined Emerge College where she received a degree in Psychology, Journalism, and a minor in Political Science in 2018.

Jackie previously served as a multimedia journalist at WJHL in Johnson City, Tennessee. She served the station from August 2018 to January 2020 where promoted to enterprise reporter. Prior to working at WJHL-TV, DeFusco spent three months working for the England News Center as a fellow. While there, she conducted multiple interviews including the former Prime Minister of Albania.
