Jason Britsch Biography

Jason Britsch is an American Anchor known for working for KAMR Local 4 News where he served the station as a Morning Co-anchor/Multimedia Journalist. Britsch was raised in the small town of Hondo, just outside of San Antonio. Later on, after high school, he went on to join Texas State University in San Marcos. He now works for Workforce Solutions Panhandle serving the team as a Business Services Specialist. He undertook this role in the month of April 2022.

Britsch worked with KAMR Local 4 News where he served the station as a co-anchor for Today in Amarillo. His first television job out of college was working as a bureau reporter in Big Spring for the CBS Station KOSA in Odessa and later served as a sports anchor. Later on, he moved to Amarillo where he continued to live out his passion for sports as the weekend sports anchor at KAMR Local 4 News and FOX 14 News.

Less than two years later, he made the trek to the sister station KSAN in San Angelo where he was serving the station as a Sports Director. However, the High Plains had a hold on him and he later moved back o the Yellow City. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching cooking shows and sports.
