Jeff Gilbert is an American journalist working for WWJ Newsradio 950/CBS News Radio as an auto reporter since July 1990. Previously, he served WWWW/WCXI Radio as a news director from March 1986 to July 1990.

Gilbert joined PennWest Edinboro in September 1975 when he finished his high school education. In May 1977, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies. Gilbert was a Radio News Anchor at KQV Radio from September 1983 to October 1984. There, he worked part-time using a different name for about a year, then as a News Director at WEEP. From December 1977 to February 1978, he worked at WIXZ Radio as a Radio Announcer.
