In this role, she wakes up at 1:15 a.m. on weekdays to help Southwest Floridians start their day from 4:30 to 7 a.m., and from 9 to 11 a.m. on ABC7’s “More in the Morning.” She is a regular contributor and travel writer for magazines like Gulf Shore Life and Cruising World.
An amateur musician herself, Stacy’s favorite part of “More in the Morning” is presenting local musicians and bands during a regular segment she debuted, Scene and Heard, where she displays the outstanding talent on Florida’s Gulf Coast. She has played the piano, sang, and performed in musical theater ever since she was a young child.

She worked as an executive producer and host of a lifestyle show called “Living the Florida Life.” During her time on the show, she took her audiences to incredible beach and boating destinations, unique attractions, introduced artists and musicians, and tried the tasty foods in Florida’s outstanding restaurants.
She also helps champion many charities around the area, including serving on the board for Candlelighters of Southwest Florida for the last 11 years. The organization helps local children, their families, and those who face cancer and blood disorders. When she’s not working, Jen spends time with her husband Scott, and their two children. They’re out on their boat as often as possible exploring our area’s waterways, beaches, and islands.
