Jess Conley Biography
Jess Conley is an American math instructor and semi-retired meteorologist known for having worked for NEWS CENTER Maine in Portland, Maine as a weekend meteorologist. She joined NEWS CENTER, Maine, in September 2016 and departed in August 2022. In her departure from NEWS CENTER, she stated that she went to focus on her teaching career, as a math teacher, but she would be seen around.
Conley has been working as a math teacher at RSU 14 Windham / Raymond School District in Windham, Maine. Before joining NEWS CENTER, she worked at WSAV-TV as a meteorologist. In 1991, Conley joined Holy Cross School, and late in 2000, she left for Catherine McAuley High School where Conley graduated in 2004. Later on, Jess joined Plymouth State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in meteorology and mathematics in 2008.
In 2020, Jess joined Ball State University where she earned a master of arts in mathematics education in 2021. After she relocated to Mississippi, she was able to secure her first job in the area, and later on, she worked in Savannah, Georgia. During her free time, she enjoys eating ice cream at Red’s, walking her dog Farfel, and teaching math at SMMC.
