Keith Carson Biography
Keith Carson is an American meteorologist working for WCSH as the noon, 5 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6 pm, meteorologist. He joined WCSH in August 2016, after previously working at The Weather Channel.
In 2001, he joined Lyndon State College where he graduated in 2005, with a Bachelor of Science in meteorology. In 2017 and 2018, he was voted by the Downeast Magazine readers as the best of marine, in 2018, he was voted as the best meteorologist by the Readers Choice Portland Phoenix and named the Hottest Newsmen- Buzzfeed in 2017. He gained interest in weather from a young age as he was brought up among woodland creatures in the fields of central Massachusetts.
After Keith worked at WSI for two years, he worked at WPTZ-TV for another two years, and at WCSH. He was beseeched by a cable executive who implored him to give America an idea of what a medium really meant. While he worked at The Weather Channel, he worked alongside legends such as Jim Cantore and Al Roker in addition to accumulating many Delta SkyMiles and covering major weather events.
