Jessica Faith is an American meteorologist of African descent working for NBC 4 Washington as a meteorologist. Her forecasts can be viewed on the weekend editions of News4 at 6 and News4 at 11 and throughout the week on NBC4 and its streaming platforms. She joined the station in 2023.
Previously, she worked for WPXI as a meteorologist for WPXI-TV’s Severe Weather Team 11. Her forecasts aired on the noon and weekend morning editions of Channel 11 News and on the WPXI digital platforms.

Faith attended Alabama A&M University after completing her high school education. When she finished her studies, she became a graduate and attained a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and an English minor. During her time in college, she served as an intern at WAFF 48 News.
Further, she attended Mississippi State University where she interned at WSFA 12 News in Montgomery. Faith worked as a student forecaster for Campus Connect and Take 30 News. In 2016, she attained the end-of-the-year award for “Best Meteorologist” from Take 30 News.

In 2016, she started working at KLTV 7 News in Tyler. While there, she forecasted heat waves, winter weather, acute weather, and tropical systems. Also, she forecasted Hurricane Harvey in 2017. In the summer of 2018, she earned an invitation from KOLD News in Tucson to help forecast for 2 weeks.
She remembers that the temperatures there surpassed 100 degrees for consecutive days. Further, she worked for WAFF 48 News in Huntsville. While there, she covered acute weather, droughts, floods, cold weather, and extreme heat.
She returned to the city of her alma mater. During her time there, she emceed events, gave weather talks, and delivered speeches to schools. Also, she was heavily involved in the community. In her spare time, she loves to cook plant-based meals, play tennis, and watch scary movies.
