Justin Rudicel is an American meteorologist working for News 9 where he serves as a weekend meteorologist who joined the network in April 2014. He began his first job in Lawton, Oklahoma in December 2007, at the ABC affiliate KWSO as a weekend meteorologist.

Rudicel tenures at News 9 where he serves as a weekend meteorologist. Having served at the network for almost a decade, he joined the network in April 2014. However, he got absorbed in the weather when he was just 5 years old. He was hooked on the weather as this Hoosier experienced all kinds of big weather events growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana. Rudicel went to Ball State University where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in climatology and meteorology. He began his first job in Lawton, Oklahoma in December 2007, at the ABC affiliate KWSO as a weekend meteorologist.
Later in 2008, he was promoted to weekday mornings during his tenure in Southwest Oklahoma. Additionally, he was also promoted to chief meteorologist in 2011, KSWO. He also earned the seal of approval and also acknowledged by the National Weather Association. Rudicel has a great interest in forecasting and weather. He thrives on the challenges of the unknown and the quickly changing aspects of severe weather. He enjoys most sports and favors the team, Indianapolis Colts, and is also, is a massive Indy Car fandom. Frequently, he is also seen traveling to the Indianapolis 500 18 times. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog. Additionally, he loves traveling, cooking, storm chasing, snapping photographs, being active outdoors, and working out.
