Karen Daborowski is an American Television producer working for Gray Television as a Capitol Hill producer for Tribune Broadcasting. She joined the station in January 2019.

Daborowski began her career as a Capitol Hill producer for Tribune Broadcasting in 1992, after graduating from the University of Maryland. After three years of covering political stories and scandals on Capitol Hill, she accepted a position as a producer for Fox’s hit television show “America’s Most Wanted.”
Daborowski spent the next 17 years collaborating with John Walsh, the USM, and the FBI to apprehend some of the country’s most wanted fugitives and recover missing children. When “America’s Most Wanted” ended in 2015, Karen joined Warner Brothers as a producer for the show “Crime Watch Daily.” She is thrilled to be back on Capitol Hill and a member of the Gray family. Karen enjoys running and boating when she is not running around Capitol Hill or tracking down bad guys.
