Kevin Phelps Biography

Kevin Phelps is an American meteorologist working for KWQC where he serves as a weekday morning meteorologist. He joined the KWQC-TV6 team in February 2011, after previously working at KFJX-TV.  

In 2004, Phelps joined Creighton University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in atmospheric science in 2008. After he had graduated, he joined WBKB TV where he served as a meteorologist and reporter till December 2009, when he left the station. later on, Kevin joined KFJX-TV in Pittsburg, Kansas where he also served as a meteorologist and reporter. In addition, he has also worked at Eastern Iowa Community College where he served as an adjunct professor.
