Kristen Doute is an American TV personality, clothing designer, entrepreneur, author, and podcast host who was a series regular on Bravo TV’s Vanderpump Rules from 2013 to 2020 for 8 seasons. She has been a part of the main cast of Bravo TV’s The Valley since 2024. The Valley SN 2 premieres on April 15, 2025, at 9/8c on Bravo TV.
Kristen Doute Career
Doute started working as a server at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant, SUR, in West Hollywood, California. During her time there, she joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules, a series on Bravo TV that follows Vanderpump’s employees. A June 9, 2020, revealed that she was dismissed for calling the police several times on Faith Stowers. She, alongside Stassi Schroeder, filed a false police report against Stowers. In March 2023, Bravo revealed that she would return to Vanderpump Rules during season 10.
Doute joined the cast of Amazon Freevee’s The Goat, where she ended up being the fourth contestant eliminated from the competition. She later joined the cast of The Valley, a Vanderpump Rules spin-off on Bravo TV.
Doute first reported she was working on the autobiographical He’s Making You Crazy in 2016. An October 21, 2019 announcement revealed that Chicago Review Press would publish the book on June 2, 2020. She co-hosts The Balancing Act with Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick with Broderick. They launched the podcast in November 2022, originally named Sex, Love, and What Else Matters with Kristen before it rebranded.
