Lindsay Riley is a two-time American Emmy award-winning journalist working for 12News where he serves as a meteorologist. Prior to joining the network in January 2018, she was tenured in Indianapolis as a morning and noon meteorologist for WTTV.

Riley is an American journalist working as an evening meteorologist for 12 News. She served at the network’s on First @ 4 and at 5, 6, and 10 p.m. Having joined the network in January 2018, she previously was tenured at the CBS affiliate, WTTV, in Indianapolis, where she was the morning and noon meteorologist.
Prior to joining the network, she worked at NBC 5, in Dallas, at WIVB, Buffalo, the CBS affiliate, and in Lexington, Kentucky at LEX 18, the NBC affiliate. Throughout her meteorological career, she has featured several events including floods and blizzards, heatwaves, and hurricanes. With a year under her belt in the Valley of the Sun, Lindsay is also familiar with high temperatures and monsoons.
Having a great interest in meteorology since at the age of four years, she was always fixated on watching The Weather Channel. She was accorded two Emmy awards for her 2008 Buffalo and 2016 Indiana coverages. Additionally, she is also a proud graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Penn State. During her leisure time, she loves spending time with her yellow lab, Brody, traveling, and hiking. In a couple of years’ time, she looks forward to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
