Lindsey Jackson is an American journalist currently working as the weekend Multimedia Journalist at WTWO/WAWV-TV. Lindsey joined the WTWO team in December 2019.

Lindsey worked as a reporter for Indiana University Student Television and as a news intern at WTIU/WFIU during her time in Bloomington. During the summer of 2018, she worked as a reporting intern for the Daily Monitor in Kampala, Uganda. Lindsey is an Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. member. Lindsey enjoys going to concerts, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family when she is not working.
On September 1, 1965, WTWO went on the air for the first time. From 1954 to 1958, the station’s call letters were assigned to what is now fellow NBC affiliate WLBZ in Bangor, Maine. It started out as a primary NBC affiliate with a secondary ABC affiliation. The station’s on-air branding was changed to “NBC 2” on October 18, 2010.
On July 9, 2012, Time Warner Cable replaced Cincinnati NBC affiliate WLWT with WTWO. In response to a carriage dispute between Hearst Television and Nexstar, the move was made. On October 18, 2010, the station’s on-air branding was changed from “WTWO” to “NBC 2.” Outside of their market areas, Time Warner Cable has been accused of illegally substituting its own stations.
