Lisette Hernandez is an American Anchor working at KSAN where she serves as an evening anchor. She joined the KSAN team in October of 2019 as the evening anchor.

Hernandez created, wrote, and hosted her own newscast there. Lisette also contributed to Click2Houston, the station’s popular website, by writing and publishing stories. One of her favorite memories from her time as an intern there was being able to interview rap star and Houston native Travis Scott. Lisette graduated from Sam Houston State University in August 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a minor in general business.

While watching the early morning national and local news as a child, Lisette became fascinated with journalism. It was then that she realized she wanted to pursue a career as a journalist. She enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, visiting new places, and, most importantly, shopping when she is not working. Lisette is very excited to meet and tell the stories of the people of the Concho Valley.
