Brittany attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a passion for art in order to pursue her dreams of becoming a weather forecaster and graphic designer. Her dreams came true on December 8, 2018, when she received her bachelor’s degree in atmospheric science with a minor in graphic design.

On December 8, 2018, she graduated with a bachelor’s in atmospheric science and a minor in graphic design from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

After Hurricane Katrina occurred on August 28, 2005, her life and that of her family changed. Since then, she decided to help other people become weather-aware and teach others on how life-changing serious weather events could be. While working at KSAN, she has always been determined to learn all she can about San Angelo. During her leisure time, she enjoys; playing basketball, designing graphics, cooking, drawing, shopping, and working out.
