Liz Claman is an American Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter working for FOX Business Network (FBN). She joined FOX Business Network as an anchor in October 2007.

Claman serves as the anchor of The Claman Countdown (weekdays 3-4 PM/ET). On joining the station, she held an exclusive interview with Warren Buffett, the legendary investor, and Berkshire Hathaway CEO. He has also held exclusive interviews with big personalities including Timothy Geithner, Paul O’Neill, Jack Lew, and Larry Summers. She has also interviewed well-known business tycoons including Twitter co-founders Jack Dorsey, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Google/Alphabet Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt, and Apple CEO Tim Cook. In addition to this, she has also interviewed several interviewees including former Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Claman has also managed to make reports from Omaha for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting. Furthermore, she also enclosed the Consumer Electronics Show for the past 10 years and interviewed industry leaders in technology and business including GoPro CEO Nick Woodman, LG Electronics President Dr. I.P. Park, and Samsung North America CEO Tim Baxter, just to mention a few. She also reported live from New Jersey to gain voter insight from the key state during the 2018 midterm elections.

Claman previously worked for CNBC where she anchored Morning Call and Wake Up Call, Market Watch, and Today’s Business. During her time at this station, she did a one-on-one interview with Warren Buffett which lasted one hour. Prior to her term at CNBC, she previously worked for WHDH-TV (NBC) where she served as a reporter as well as an anchor. She also worked for NBC where she was a contributing correspondent for NBC’s daytime program RealLife. Before this role, she worked for WEWS-TV (ABC) in Cleveland where she served as the anchor of the two-hour daily talk show, The Morning Exchange. While there, she was awarded an Emmy for The Morning Exchange.
Claman began her journalism career at WSYX-TV (ABC) in Columbus, OH where she served as a reporter and later on as a weekend anchor. She also spent several years working for KCBS-TV (CBS) in Los Angeles where she served as a news associate and was also the youngest person in the station’s history to win a local Emmy Award for Best Spot News Producer. She is also an active member of the Board of Directors of the American Theatre Wing and is also a Tony Award voter.
