Simonetti serves as a field producer, reporter, and co-anchor of FBN: AM which airs weekdays at 5 AM/ET. She joined the station serving as a field producer and later on started serving as a reporter in 2011. During her term at FBN, she has managed to enclose several stories including the Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme, the 2008 financial crisis, the impact of the Gulf oil spill, and the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. In addition to that, she also enclosed the IPOs of major companies including Twitter as well as Facebook.
Simonetti also interviewed executives and traders at the New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, NYMEX, and NASDAQ.
