Lori Prichard is an American Emmy award-winning journalist currently working as KSL- TV morning news anchor. She was voted the Best TV News Reporter of 2011 by the Utah Society of Professional Journalists.

She is working as a reporter at KSL 5, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to joining KSL 5, she served as an anchor and reporter for four years at KJRH, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prichard received her master’s degree in both journalism and public affairs from the University of Missouri. She attended Baylor university a private Christian university in Waco, Texas, where she graduated with an undergraduate degree in economics. Prichard as well spent a year studying abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris, France.

A week after his death, Prichard went through his phone and noticed a call to a toll-free number. It was a national suicide hotline and he had talked for 14 minutes. The call was placed the day before he died.
