Marc Teichner is an American reporter working for FOX 5’s Good Day Atlanta since joining the station in 1998. Prior to FOX 5, he worked at WBRC in Birmingham, Alabama.

Teichner attended Beloit College where he graduated with honors. He then went on to Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism where he received his master’s degree. After graduation, he got his on-air job at WIFR in Rockford, Illinois, and later moved to WBBH in Fort Myers, Florida.

He grew up in Boston, was a ski instructor, and still tries to hit the slopes for at least one week during the winter. He as well likes playing golf but has yet to achieve his goal of breaking 80.
