Michael Spencer is an American Anchor/Reporter working for CBS4 News/KCNC-TV in Denver, Colorado where she serves the station as a Sports Anchor. She has been working with the station since the month of June 2016.

Spencer works for CBS4 News where she serves the station as a Sports Anchor. His first assignment was going to the White House in order to cover the Super Bowl 50 Champion Denver Broncos. This was when they met with President Obama. Later on, he moved to Denver and was doing live shots in Washington, D.C. for his first assignment. This was an unbelievable way to make Denver’s debut.
His love for sports started when he was a young boy. He states that he remembers watching Al Michaels on television and saying he wants to do what he does. He has been privileged to cover sports in some great cities and Denver is a perfect fit for her. Spencer states that the fans have a passion for sports which makes it fun to cover and fun to talk about on a daily basis.
His career began at the University of Missouri. Later on, after his graduation, he worked for KMID-TV in Midland, Texas. This was before making a move to KMAR-TV in Amarillo, Texas. After Amarillo, he went on to work at WATE-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee. This was prior to joining CBS4 News.
He states that Denver is a dream city to cover sports. Michael also states that he can’t think of a better place to be. Michael states that the job he would never attempt is working on a snake farm. He made his first Television appearance when he was a high school senior and got interviewed by a local TV station. Then, he played a trivia game and got all three answers correct. He states that since then, it has been downhill.
Away from work, she enjoys the outdoors and everything that Denver has to offer. He states that his hidden talent is being a fantastic dancer in his own mind. His favorite musician on the other hand is George Strait. His favorite food happens to pizza and his favorite sports team is the Broncos. On the other hand, he states that his favorite vacation spot is anywhere with his friends and family.
