Michelle Boss is an American Meteorologist working with KREM 2 News where he serves the station as a Meteorologist. She joined the station in the year 1999 working with the station’s Stormtracker team.

Michelle received her B.S. in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, which is regarded as one of the best schools in the field. “Growing up in Tornado Alley, she was always fascinated by severe weather and spent her college and early professional days chasing storms across the Plains and Midwest.”

Boss works with KREM 2 News where she serves the station as a Meteorologist having joined the station’s Stormtracker team in the year 1999. Prior to KREM 2 News, she was working with WEHT News located in Evansville, IN.
Previously, she also worked with WOWT located in Omaha, NE. As she was growing up in Tornado Alley, she was always fascinated with severe weather and also spent her college and early career days chasing after storms across the Plains and the Midwest.
Her husband also happens to be a meteorologist but retired as a Lead Forecaster from the National Weather Service. She states that she is so grateful to KREM for giving her an opportunity to contribute as a meteorologist on a part-time basis all the years so that she could she a full-time mom.
She forecasts regularly KREM2 and KSKN weekend newscasts. Away from work, she enjoys studying insects and spiders, playing the violin, and also playing the piano. She says that she wanted to be an entomologist before wanting to become a meteorologist. Additionally, she states that she is happy to answer all the viewers’ questions AND bug-related questions.
