Michelle McCormick is an American meteorologist working for News4JAX as a weekend morning meteorologist since February 2024. She joined the station in December 2023 as a freelance meteorologist. Since February 2007, she has served 26.2 with the Donna Foundation as a runner and Marathon Support person.
Michelle McCormick Education
McCormick joined Western Colorado University (formally Western State College) in Gunnison, Colorado when she finished her high school education. She later graduated with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Communications and English. Further, she holds a Master of Science degree in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.

Since February 2007, she has served 26.2 with the Donna Foundation as a runner and Marathon Support person. With a passion for airplanes, she became a private pilot in the mid-90s. She later realized that she’d never be an airline pilot. Thus, she combined her love for flying and radio and became an airborne traffic reporter for both airplanes and helicopters. She even broadcasted the 2005 Super Bowl in Jacksonville from a helicopter for the tournament.
