Before the Enquirer, Skinner spent several years with the Cincinnati/Kentucky Post covering Ohio area high schools, the Bengals, the Reds, and the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Skinner also co-hosted The Two Angry Guys, a popular sports talk morning radio show alongside Tom Gamble.
