Rob Caldwell Biography
Rob Caldwell is an American reporter and anchor working for NEWS CENTER Maine in Portland as the weeknight co-anchor of the 5:30 pm and 207 newscasts. He joined NEWS CENTER Maine in 2003, after previously working at WSCH 6.
Simsbury, Connecticut is his native home. Since 1982, Caldwell has covered many stories Madawaska from to Kittery; interviewing everyone from presidential candidates to professional wrestlers, and being inducted into the Maine Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame. In addition, he has made his journalism career exclusively in Maine, and over the years, he has received awards for his outstanding work in journalism from the Associated Press and the Maine Association of Broadcasters.
