Tyler Hall is an American forecaster currently working at KALB Alexandria, Louisiana. Hall joined the station in August 2017. He serves as a Weekday Morning Weather Forecaster and Anchor.

Tyler Hall Career

Hall is a proud graduate of Lyndon State College in Lyndonville Vermont where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Journalism Arts with an emphasis in Meteorology. Graduated in May 2017 and started working for KALB-TV in August.

He continued his education online pursuing a meteorology certificate in January 2018 through Penn State. He was titled forecaster after completing his certification in April 2019.

Hall developed a love for weather ever since he was young which later turned into a passion. Hurricanes and snowstorms strongly attracted Hall. He is excited to have an opportunity to track and discuss them for KALB.

During his free time, he likes going to the gym, playing tennis as well as hiking. Since 2006, he has been playing tennis. In high school and in college Hall played competitive games. For the past year, he held the top spot on the Men’s Collegiate Roster for Tennis.

Hall is looking forward to seeing and exploring the Bayou Stat and Central Louisiana has to offer after moving down to Louisiana from New England. It was quite the adventure and change.
