Bonsu joined Hofstra University when he finished his high school education. In 2024, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. In college, he was an intern at ABC 7 New York’s sports department for 11 months, s consumer unit intern at NBC 4 New York for 8 months.

Bonsu also interned at Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle, Fox News’ Cavuto LIVE, Fox Sports, Varsity Media, SiriusXM Fight Nation 156, and the Bruce Beck Sports Broadcasting Camp. Moreover, he worked for 77 WABC Radio as a part-time weekend news anchor.
