Prior to joining the WCBS/CBS2 New York team, Maldonado worked for CBS Boston/WBZ-TV in Boston, Massachusetts. There, she served the station as a News Reporter between June 2021 and June 2022. While there, she broadcast various national and breaking news stories, such as the Harmony Montgomery disappearance, the Celtics’ journey to the NBA Finals, and the Boston Marathon.
Prior to CBS Boston, Maldonado was a reporter and fill-in anchor at FOX61 News. While in Connecticut, she covered a wide range of stories. She started her career as a multimedia journalist for PBS, outside of Philadelphia. Prior to that, she worked for FOX61 News in Hartford, Connecticut Area where she served the station as a reporter and fill-in anchor. There, she worked between January 2019 and June 2021.
While working in Hartford, Maldonado covered a wide range of stories. She kick-started her career working as a Multi-Media Journalist/Reporter for PBS39 in the Greater Philadelphia Area. There, she worked between July 2018 and December 2018.
