Sam Adams is an American anchor working at KHQ where he serves as a weekday morning co-anchor alongside Kalae Chock on the Wake Up show that airs from 5 am to 7 am. He joined the KHQ team in August 2009.

In 1994, Adams joined Arizona State University where studied in its prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, and graduated in 1998, with a bachelor of arts in broadcast journalism. Prior to Sam serving as an anchor, he worked at SWX where he served as a sports director. He has also previously worked for the Chambers Communications Corp-Kezi Tv as a Sports Director. There, he worked between 2006 and 2009.
