While she was in college, she had the opportunity to jump right into the news industry by working on the weekends as a reporter. Later on, after spending a few years in local television, he moved to Huntsville, Alabama in order to become the weekend anchor at the ABC affiliate station, WAAY-TV.
In her years working at WAAY, she worked as a morning, mid-day, and afternoon anchor. Asides from this, she also helped relaunch the Breaking News Desk, keeping viewers updated on breaking news happening regionally, nationally, internationally, and locally. Away from work, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and rescue cat, Elsa.
