Andrew Dockery Biography
Andrew Dockery is an American meteorologist working for WMBF as a meteorologist. He has been working for the network for quite some time now.

Dockery went to Spencer County High School in Taylorsville, Kentucky where he graduated in 2011. He, later on, attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green and managed to graduate in May 2016.

Dockery is a meteorologist who provides and presents Weekday Morning forecasts on WMBF. He had also worked with other stations prior to joining WMBF. Previously, he worked for WKU Storm Team, he also worked with a team of researchers who presented at the AMS conference on March 2, 2012, during the Eastern Kentucky tornado outbreak. He officially started his career as a weather forecaster when he was hired by WNKY while still in College.
Dockery worked for the station for two years and was interned by John Gordon of the National Weather Service in Louisville. He, later on, moved to Hazard, Kentucky from Hazard, Kentucky, and started working for WYMT where he served as the evening meteorologist. He was then given a raise after a year and was to serve as the Chief Meteorologist and served the station till 2019.
Dockery has been in love with the weather ever since he was a little boy in fifth grade. He always admired Kevin Harned in Louisville, Kentucky at WAVE 3 and always wanted to be a meteorologist just like him. He admired everything about him, especially whenever he is forecasting the weather during terrifying tornadoes and he would be with him all step of the way. Dockery was very much fascinated by weather forecasting that he created his own tornado in a jar for his science fair project and from then, he did everything so as to achieve his dream of being a meteorologist.
