Andrew Napolitano is an American judge and syndicated columnist known for whose work appears in numerous publications. He is also known for serving as a Senior Judicial Analyst on both FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network.

Napolitano was given his A.B. Princeton University degree and his J.D. Notre Dame Law School Degree. In 1975, he was admitted to a New Jersey bar. He entered private practice after law school as a litigator. He first taught law at Delaware Law School for a brief time in 1980-1981. From 1987 to 1995, he served on the New Jersey bench, becoming the youngest then-sitting Supreme Court judge in the state.

Napolitano serves as a Senior Judicial Analyst on both FOX Business Network (FBN) and FOX News Channel (FNC). Prior to joining FOX Medi, he previously worked as a Superior Court Justice and attained his distinction as the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge. He also spent about 11 years working at Seton Hall Law School where he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law. While there, he issued instructions in constitutional law and jurisprudence.
In 1995, he returned to private law practice and started television broadcasting in the same year. He has also authored and published five books including: “The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land”. “Dred Scott’s Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom in America”; “A Nation of Sheep”; and “Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception in American History”.
