Georgiou works with companies outside the standard borders of the orthodox healthcare system including TripleTree in Minneapolis and the Copper Development Association, where she focuses on the awareness and adoption of antimicrobial copper surfaces to decrease healthcare-associated infections.
For over ten years, she leveraged the media to drive changes in healthcare and had also been the medical expert for Fox 9 News. As a physician and a healthcare industry expert, she describes herself as a ”recovering” healthcare industry executive, a data lover, and a storyteller.
