Bri Mellon is an American Anchor/Reporter working with ABC30 Action News where she serves the station as a Sports Anchor and Reporter. She has been working with the ABC30 Action News team since the month of September 2019. 

Bri Mellon Career

Mellon works with ABC30 Action News where she serves the station as a Sports Anchor/Reporter. She is a native of Thousand Oaks, California, and is happy to have returned to her home state. Mellon is a proud graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she reported for the school’s athletic show Gaucho Vision.

In her time working in Santa Barbara, he worked as an intern at KYET News Channel 3 before landing a job at the station before his graduation. From the Central Coast, she would move to Amarillo, Texas where she held the title of sports director for KFDA News Channel 10. He would cover West Texas high school football for about two years before her next adventure across the country.

Previously, he has also worked in Omaha, Nebraska where she was working at WOWT News 6 where he was serving the station as a Sports Anchor/Reporter. She has also previously covered two College World Series, Creighton Athletics, and Nebraska athletics during her time. Asides from this, she also followed the Huskers’ first season under new Head Coach Scott Frost and Clovis West native Adrian Martinez.

She also played sports while growing up, but soccer was her first love of playing competitively for over a decade. Away from work, she also enjoys traveling, working out, and the beach. She is excited to get to know the local high school athletes in the Central Valley and cover Fresno State Athletics.
