Jessica Harrington is an American journalist currently working as the Evening Anchor at 23ABC (KERO-TV) and the investigative reporter for 23ABC’s iTeam. She joined the ABC30 Action News team in February of 2021.

Two radio stations competed for the construction permit to operate a station on Fresno’s sole VHF allocation, channel 12. On May 10, 1956, it went on the air, taking over the CBS affiliation from KJEO (channel 47, now KGPE). As a result, Fresno became one of the smallest markets where each network gained full-time affiliations at the time. Under FCC orders, the station reluctantly moved to UHF channel 30 in 1961, making Fresno an all-UHF market.
