Brian Parsons is an American sports anchor working at WAVY-TV where he anchors sports and at FOX 43 on Sportswrap. He joined the WAVY sports team in 1997 as a videographer and within a year was promoted to Sports Producer but later stepped down from the position.

While working at WAVY, he has expanded his role including reporting and anchoring the Sportswrap. He has also assisted in covering the biggest events including covering the death of Dale Earnhardt at the 2001 Daytona 500. He attended Kellam High School in Virginia Beach where he graduated in 1991.
