Chris Cozart is an American meteorologist working for KLFY as a weekday morning meteorologist on the Passe-Partout newscast and evening meteorologist at 5:30 pm and 10:00 pm. He joined KLFY TV in 2011, after previously working at WKRC-TV.
Cincinnati is his native home and while growing up, he enjoyed watching the weather, especially severe storms. He attended Chris’s Kindergarten and during his graduation he told everyone that he would be a weatherman and he is currently living that dream. Later in 2005, Cozart joined The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in atmospheric science and meteorology in 2009.
For more than ten years, he has resided in Acadiana thus he considers it his home during this time, he has covered; winter events, tornadoes, floods of 2016, and hurricanes. During his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and looking for the best hamburger in America.
