Mark Rigsby is an American anchor working for KSWO where he serves as a weekday evening anchor. He joined the KSWO team in June 2022, after previously working at KLFY where he served as an anchor and reporter.
In 1989, he joined Georgia Southern University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in communications in 1994. Over the years, he has worked for WABG, WXVT, WNBD, and WABG2 in Greenville, Mississippi, where he serves as a news director. Rigsby has also served as a news director for KLAX in Alexandria, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Rigsby, he worked at Mississippi Public Broadcasting and while he was there, he produced the state’s premier political talk show known as ISSUE and other public television projects.
