Crystal Bailey is an American reporter working for KTVU-TV serving as a news reporter. She joined the station in September 2023, after working at ABC & NBC in Jacksonville, Florida as a news reporter.

Crystal served the station for one year from June 2018 to June 2019. Previously, she spent two years working as a reporter at WCJB TV20 in Gainesville, Florida. She also filled in as a general assignment where she was in charge of filming stories and editing videos.
Earlier, Bailey worked for WESH-TV as an intern from January 2016 to April 2016. She started her career at WUFT-TV in Gainesville, Florida where she served as a reporter from January 2015 to April 2016. Before that, she served as an intern at CBS4 from January 2015 to December 2015. Her coverage includes the Las Vegas mass shooting, several gunshot wounds, and local crime cases.
Aside from working as a journalist, Crystal served as a producer and host at the First Responders Network. Before that, she worked for the DC Fire and EMS Department as a public affairs specialist. Bailey served the institution for one year and six months from December 2020 to May 2022. Previously, she worked as an executive accountant at Strauss Media Strategies from June 2019 to December 2020. Besides this, she also worked as a camp counselor at Lyric Awesome Summer Camp.
