Dylan Brown is an American journalist currently working as the News anchor, producer, and reporter at KRCR ABC 7. He joined the station in June 2019.

He began his inspiring and compelling journalism career in Oklahoma. His reporting career began on the steps of the Oklahoma State Capitol. It was there that his career began to take off, igniting a fire for the future.

He heard people’s ideas, thoughts, and opinions about state legislation being passed and felt they needed a voice. His interest in news persisted after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma. His first job was at an OKC news station, where he worked as a news writer and assignment desk editor.

When it comes to hobbies, he enjoys spending time with his horses. Dylan enjoys polo, weightlifting, and triathlons in addition to journalism. He was always reading when he was a kid. When he was five years old, his parents gave him the nickname “bookworm.” Dylan has a strong connection to the community and always has his finger on the pulse of society. He fell in love with the people of the North State after moving there and continues to make sure their voices are heard.
