Haley Harrison Biography

Haley Harrison is an American Reporter known for working with WJXX-TV as a multi-skilled journalist specializing in investigative reporting. He joined the station in the month of April 2020 and left the station in August 2022. He now works for State Attorney’s Office, 7th Judicial Circuit in St Augustine, Florida serving the team as a Multimedia Specialist/Public Information Officer since March 2022.

In March 2019, she was promoted to Weekend Anchor/Investigative Reporter. Haley covered several breaking news stories, political events, high-profile murder trials, and the mass shootings in El Paso and Odessa while at CBS7.

Haley’s true talent, however, is for in-depth and investigative reporting. She exposed big city spending in West Texas, discovered illegal pollution in oil feeds, and obtained answers for a community dealing with orange city water.

Outside of the newsroom, Haley has continued to learn and grow in her career. She was one of 60 international media professionals chosen in May 2019 to participate in the Poynter-Kock Media and Journalism Fellowship, a year-long program designed to sharpen participants’ storytelling skills and accelerate their media careers.

From 2014 to 2016, Haley competed in indoor and beach volleyball at the University of North Florida. When Haley isn’t in the newsroom or running around with a camera, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, working out, and experimenting with new recipes.
