Jake Burns is a prominent American Emmy Award-winning Journalist working for WTVR-TV as a News Anchor and Reporter. He joined WTVR in June 2010. There, she is the anchor of the CBS 6 weekend evening newscasts. His daily assignments include covering a litany of topics, ranging from breaking news, Virginia politics, consumer alerts, and community-centered stories. He began his broadcasting career at WTVR-TV as a Sports Intern from May 2009 to August 2009.
