James Parish Biography
James Parish is an American Emmy award-winning meteorologist working for WSBT 22 News in South Bend, Indiana. He joined the station in 2021 and serves the station as a meteorologist.

He attended high school in his hometown where he earned his High School Diploma. From there, he had to further his education. He joined Purdue University to pursue her career course. After completing his studies there, he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology in 2013.

Parish is an Emmy winner as a meteorologist at WSBT 22 News. Prior to joining the WSBT 22 News team, he worked for KAUZ NewsChannel 6 in Wichita Falls, Texas. His stops were also in Shreveport, Los Angeles. While there, he worked for KSLA News 12 for quite some time serving as a meteorologist.
In addition to his stops, he worked in Madison, WI. During his working time there, he worked for WMTV NBC15 for three years and four months as a meteorologist. He tracked a lot of severe weather during his time in dixie alley and tornado alley. In addition to that, he tracked all the seasons in one day in December 2015. There were blizzard conditions in west Texas and severe weather in north central Texas.
During his leisure time, he likes traveling, Cooking, watching Movies, and also sports. His favorite things to cook are Mickey Mouse pancakes, crab legs, ribs, and chicken wings. He cheers his Boilers and the Cleveland professional team.
