Jillian Fertig is an American journalist best known for her time at KFDM 6 News and FOX4 Beaumont where she served as the Morning anchor and producer. She worked for the station from joining the KFDM/Fox 4 Morning Show in 2017 to January 2022.

Fertig graduated from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. She previously worked at KFOX in El Paso and ABC 17 News in Columbia, Missouri, before relocating to Beaumont. During her two and a half years at the station, she worked as a reporter, weekend anchor, and producer, as well as the 5 p.m. co-anchor.
Fertig covered the unrest in Ferguson following the fatal police shooting of a local teenager in 2014, exposing inconsistencies in what elected officials said and how the situation was handled. The Missouri Broadcasters Association gave the story an honorable mention. She also assisted with a year-long investigation into the IBM facility in Columbia.
She discovered that the company did not create the number of jobs it promised the state of Missouri in exchange for $28 million in tax breaks, and she discovered that the company petitioned for H1-B visas after laying off hundreds of American workers. The story prompted an investigation by the office of U.S. Rep. Vicky Hartzler.

Jillian can be found in the sky when she is not working. She is a USPA-licensed skydiver with over 60 jumps, and that number is growing as she progresses in the sport.
