Josh Cozart is an American Emmy Award-Winning meteorologist working for KVAL News and NBC 16 News in Eugene as the Chief Meteorologist. He joined the station in July 2019 as their evening meteorologist.

When forecasting for the entire country, hurricanes, floods, fires, tornadoes, and blizzards were a constant topic of discussion. Working for a national network provided Josh with a wealth of forecasting knowledge in addition to his education, but he aspired to work in local news.
